LocationBemm River Caravan Park is located in the coastal village of Bemm River approximately 450km east of Melbourne along the Princes Highway. Once you reach Orbost travel a further 32km to the hamlet of Manorina. Turn right and drive south for a further 21km and there we are. On the shores of Sydenham Inlet, the township of Bemm River boasts a nominal population of 70 residents; a Hotel; General Store; Community Centre; 2 caravan parks and numerous accommodation houses. The Bemm River Caravan Park is located on the right of Sydenham Inlet Rd (the main street) as you drive into Bemm River, you can't miss it! We are only 50m from the lake edge and the southern part of our camping area has views of the lake.
Park ProfileBemm River Caravan Park comprises approximately 7.5 acres, half of which is dedicated to camping sites. The park has grassed, shady powered sites all located on level ground, within easy reach of the amenities block. From the powered sites the park undulates to the camping area which is also grassed and treed. Campfires are allowed but only in fire places that have been constructed by us. Pets are allowed however Management has the right to exclude any animal. Note: Be aware that paralysis ticks live in East Gippsland and may affect your animal's health - to learn more please click here. Please enquire at the time of your reservation. The park is ideally situated only minutes walk to Hotel, General Store, Community Centre and both boat ramps. A view of the lake can be obtained from the camping sites on the southern side of the park.
